Want a set of arms built to your specs? We've got you
covered.
All of our arms are hand built to order so we thought it
only fitting to step it up even farther and offer you
CUSTOM builds for your specific
application. Whether it be in wall thickness, varying from
.065 for
lightweight TT racing to
.120 wall chromoly for the XC racer, as well as our standard
thickness (most common) .095 wall.
Need a specific shock mount location to go with a special
shock configuration? Give us the specs where you want your
shock mount, and we will build it for you. (a small
fixturing fee may apply).
Now you can choose from +1,+2,+3, also +1 forward, long
shock, std shock, regular straight style, max ground
clearance (MGC) arched. Plus you can choose your color. We
offer a variety of colors, but if you have a special color,
give us the paint code, and we will see what we can do.
(some colors may cost more).
The bottom line is that we are only a phone call away and
will dedicate the time to match your exact specifications
with personalized service where we can figure it out
together.

Tie Rod End Upgrade
Upgrade your early model Yamaha/Suzuki tie rod ends.
The weakest link in
these quads is the small 10mm male threaded ends.
All raptor 660,04/05 yfz, raptor 250,
banshee, and blasters have the smaller ends. In 06 Yamaha stepped it up
to a 12mm. We have complete kits
(2
12mm tie rods and 4 new 12mm ends) to
upgrade what you have now. And we also have the tie rod end upgrade you
can get when you order your arms.
Note:
When you get the upgrade in your arm kit, you will get 12mm tie rods
instead of the 10mm.
So if you are upgrading your old setup, or
purchasing new arms, or just have worn out ends on your quad, we have
you covered.
